Four things we build. One way we work.

We don't sell a fixed product line. We build what your business actually needs: software, mobile apps, AI systems, GPU infrastructure, or robotics. Every project starts from the problem, not from a template.

Below you'll find what each area covers, who it's usually for, and examples from work we've already shipped. Pick a category to go deeper, or reach out if you're not sure where you fit.

01 Custom software

Custom software & mobile apps

This is where we build software around how your team actually works. Web platforms, internal tools, admin dashboards, and native mobile apps for iOS and Android. Not a generic SaaS you have to bend your processes around.

Mobile is a big part of what we do. We've built visitor apps, staff apps, loyalty apps, and ticketing apps that people use every day in the field. At Cantacuzino Castle, the mobile experience was central to the whole digital operation: visitors bought tickets on their phone, scanned QR codes at the gate, and staff ran daily operations from connected apps. That project alone generated over €250,000 in revenue in the first six months.

We've also shipped enterprise logistics software for Snap-on, a full e-learning platform for HCLTech, and a native loyalty app for MAM Bricolaj that reached 7,500 active users in four months.

  • Native iOS and Android app development
  • Web platforms, ERP-style tools, and internal dashboards
  • Discovery and phased roadmaps before a single line of code

02 AI automation

AI automation

Practical AI wired into real workflows. Voice agents that pick up calls, computer vision on camera feeds, and automated steps that save your team time without cutting humans out of decisions that matter.

At Cantacuzino Castle, AI sat on top of the apps and platforms we built. Voice agents covered five internal departments so staff weren't stuck answering the same questions all day. The AI layer worked because the underlying software was already solid.

  • Voice agents, computer vision, and workflow automation
  • Connects to your CRM, ERP, telephony, or ticketing tools
  • Built for production, with monitoring and human handoff

03 GPU infrastructure

GPU infrastructure

The compute side of AI. Training, fine-tuning, inference, and getting models into production without blowing the budget or hitting dead ends on deployment.

We're in NVIDIA Inception and worked hands-on with DGX Cloud Lepton through the CEE Partners network. If your team is stuck between a Jupyter notebook and something users can actually rely on, this is where we help.

  • GPU cloud setup and provider selection
  • Model deployment and containerised serving
  • Cost control and performance tuning for inference

04 Robotics

Robotics

Software intelligence in the physical world. Systems that move, sense, and inspect places that are dangerous or impossible for people to reach regularly.

Through Athryx, our robotics venture, we're building toward inspection robotics for NDT and critical infrastructure. We're currently preparing for a Pre-Seed round.

  • Inspection robotics design and pilots
  • NDT workflow integration and sensor fusion
  • Physical AI for defect detection in the field
